تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع مدهال للتطوير العقاري ("نحن") بياناتك الشخصية عبر هذا الموقع وكيف تستخدمها وتحميها، بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولائحته التنفيذية.

البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط ما ترسله أنت عبر نماذج الموقع:

• نموذج التواصل: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، الموضوع، نص الرسالة، ومصدر الطلب.
• نموذج طلب الصيانة: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، رقم الوحدة، نوع العطل، وصف المشكلة، وصورة اختيارية ترفقها.
• حسابات لوحة التحكم (للموظفين فقط): الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور المخزَّنة مشفَّرة.

لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات إعلانية، ولا نضع ملفات ارتباط تسويقية. ملف الارتباط الوحيد هو ملف الجلسة الخاص بتسجيل دخول الموظفين إلى لوحة التحكم، وهو ضروري لعمل النظام.

لماذا نستخدمها

• الرد على استفساراتك ومتابعة طلبك.
• استقبال طلبات الصيانة وإسنادها للفني المختص ومتابعة حالتها.
• تحسين خدماتنا العقارية والتشغيلية.
• الالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية عند وجودها.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. تُشارك في أضيق الحدود مع:

• موظفينا ومقاولي الصيانة المعنيين بتنفيذ طلبك.
• مزوّدي الاستضافة والتخزين الذين نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الموقع وحفظ الصور المرفقة.
• خرائط Google، وتُحمَّل عند عرض خريطة المشاريع فقط؛ وقد يجمع المزوّد بيانات تقنية عن جهازك وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
• الجهات الحكومية المختصة عند وجود التزام نظامي.

مدة الحفظ

نحتفظ ببيانات طلبات التواصل والصيانة طوال المدة اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب وللأغراض التشغيلية والنظامية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.

حماية البيانات

نستخدم اتصالاً مشفَّراً (HTTPS)، ونحمي الوصول إلى لوحة التحكم بكلمات مرور مخزَّنة مشفَّرة، ونقصر الاطلاع على البيانات على من يحتاجها لأداء عمله. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بالكامل.

حقوقك

لك الحق في: العلم ببياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب تصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها متى لم تعد لازمة، وسحب موافقتك. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق تواصل معنا عبر بيانات الاتصال المنشورة في صفحة "تواصل معنا".

خصوصية الأطفال

الموقع غير موجَّه لمن هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

This policy explains how Medhal Real Estate Development ("we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data through this website, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.

Data we collect

We collect only what you submit through the site's forms:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email (optional), subject, message, and the source of the enquiry.
• Maintenance request form: name, phone number, email (optional), unit reference, fault type, description of the problem, and an optional photo you attach.
• Dashboard accounts (staff only): name, email, and a hashed password.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers and set no marketing cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie for staff signing in to the dashboard, which is strictly necessary for the service to work.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on your request.
• To receive maintenance requests, assign them to a technician, and track their status.
• To improve our real estate and operational services.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared on a need-to-know basis with:

• Our staff and maintenance contractors handling your request.
• Our hosting and storage providers, who run the site and store attached images.
• Google Maps, loaded only when the projects map is displayed; the provider may collect technical data about your device under its own privacy policy.
• Competent government authorities, where legally required.

Retention

We keep contact and maintenance records for as long as needed to handle the request and for operational and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protect dashboard access with hashed passwords, and limit data access to those who need it for their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed about your data, access it, request its correction, request its destruction once it is no longer needed, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact details published on our "Contact us" page.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Updates take effect once published on this page, with the "Last updated" date above revised accordingly.
